Preliminary Bus Routes
Check our tentative pick up and drop off points and times for our bus routes! Listed pick-up and drop-off points may change due to road conditions and route layouts after all applications are received. The final schedule and pick-up/drop-off points will be communicated to students and families before the new year starts in August.
A Note to Early Childhood 1 (EC1) AM half day class Families
Due to EC1 contains AM half day class, we only can provide Single Trip service to school in the morning. Please contact us directly at californiacoach@ais.edu.hk or 2836-9922 for more information.
Payment Structure
Bus fees can be paid on an annual or semi-annual basis. Families may choose to pay the bus fee annually in order to guarantee the seat for the whole school year.
Bus Service Application
Please click the button below to fill out the California Coach Bus Service Application. Bookings will only be confirmed when the payment is received by California Coach Limited.
To better prepare your family for the new school year beginning on 14 August 2025, California Coach would like to remind AIS families to make school bus bookings immediately. We cannot guarantee bus service for the first day of school for those applications and payments received after Thursday, 7 August 2025.
Please note that we require 5 business days to process an application.
Notice to Terminate Bus Service
If your child/children no longer require bus service, please kindly notify California Coach 3 months in advance from the effective date of termination of service.
A prorated refund may be requested upon submission of a written request to California Coach Limited, signed by the parent/guardian. Please note that no refunds will be processed unless 3 months written notice is provided.
