Due to the limited number of seats on our buses, requests for the school bus service will be entertained on a first come first serve basis, and priority will be given to students requesting round trips.
Please note that we require 5 business days to process an application.
Families wishing a one-way service should forward their request to us at californiacoach@ais.edu.hk.
One-way service requests will not be processed until all round trip requests have been serviced.

California Coach's bus service application period for the
AIS 2025-2026 Academic Year is from 11 Apr 2025 – 7 Aug 2025
and is subject to the seat availability.
We cannot guarantee bus service for the first day of school for applications and payments received after Thursday, 7 Aug 2025.

Payment Structure
Bus fees can be paid on an annual or semi-annual basis. The first payment for the AIS 2025-2026 academic year is
due on Thursday, 7 Aug 2025.
Families may choose to pay annually in order to guarantee a seat for the whole academic year.
Local and overseas families may pay via e-payment or telegraphic transfer to our account.
* Please include the bank charges with the payment (if any), the amount of school bus fare received by CC shall be net of charges.

Please upload an image of the deposit slip or the transaction record to our Bus Service Application Form when submitting the application. Bookings will only be confirmed after the full amount of the payment is received by California Coach Limited.
Upon receipt of the payment, an official receipt will be sent to your AIS email address as the confirmation of seat. If for a particular reason a seat cannot be confirmed, an email will be sent to advise the family of the situation and a full refund will be made accordingly.
